  Grant was super helpful in getting me into my new 2026 K4. They had just sold the only Morning Haze color I wanted and he was able to get the same color/make/model at the dealship within 24 hours. Super stoked about my new car! Thanks Grant & team for making it happen! 11/10 !

  Excellent transaction! Makayla (sales) was awesome, financing a breeze, and management super nice. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and the whole process was super quick! I’ll be back for sure!

  I called them they never returned my call sent me text messages about a truck i was will to buy sent me another text message saying they have 20 inquiries about it i told them I was willing to buy it they said they would call me when it would come out of service never got a call then checked the trucks for sale found out they sold it at least they could have called me not good customer support terrible business

  I had an excellent experience buying from Renn Kirby Chevrolet. My car buying journey/experience started about two months ago. I was looking at a Silverado during Chevy's Truck month, then an Equinox Active, but finally made the decision to purchase a Chevy Trax (the Equinox Active is a fantastic vehicle, but the Trax was my affordable option since my car just died). Kade Hughes was my rep throughout this process and he made the experience fantastic! When I couldn't land on an exact vehicle, he didn't give up and he wasn't pushy -- he was helpful. I didn't get the "give me your money now" salesman experience. He made the experience low stress and personable. He was also very upfront/transparent (no BS) and was always quick to come back with an answer. Kade's manager Jason was also super friendly and I didn't feel pressured into making a decision from him either. I ended up test driving four vehicles the day that I came in, and there was never a moment where I felt rushed or undervalued by Kade or anyone on the team. Kade didn't linger either; he gave my wife and I privacy to talk about the vehicles and figure out which one was best for us. I did a ton of research on vehicles, both new and used, over the past few months and I reached out to probably six or seven local dealerships. None of those dealerships were as fair as Renn Kirby nor did they create the experience I received from Renn Kirby, Kade and Jason. I will 100% take the hour drive to purchase from this dealership again.

  We had a slightly frustrating experience with this dealership. Kade, our salesman, was great, easygoing, not pushy, and overall pleasant to work with. We looked at the vehicle twice before buying and asked multiple times about getting a second key fob. We were told it shouldn’t be a problem. However, once we sat down to finalize everything, the finance manager, Jason, told us they wouldn’t be including the second key fob because they “weren’t making enough money on the deal.” That was disappointing, especially after being led to believe it would be taken care of. On top of that, there was confusion with the financing. We completed the initial paperwork with Kade understanding that my husband would be the primary and I would be the co-signer. But when we got to the finance office, it was reversed without clear communication. We do love the truck, but the overall experience left uneasy about using them in the future. Communication and follow-through were lacking, which took away from what should have been an exciting purchase.
