  This dealership was very reasonable, willing to work with me while I attempted to help get my son his first car - a 2025 Kia Soul GT-Line, the last one they had. We unfortunately had issues with our auto lender, but the dealership was willing to hold the vehicle until we could come pick it up. We wanted to thank Brooke Wagner for helping us during the vehicle sale, Robin Wolf for negotiating the sale with us, as well as getting the taxes and titling done in our home state of Virginia. I also wanted to thank the two sales managers - Charles Bulow and Cody Graham - for understanding the original situation with our auto loan, and having a great sense of humor to relieve the bit of annoyance at the time. Everyone that we worked with, as well as other sales agents, were all very respectful and kind. If the dealership wasn't so far away, we'd absolutely come back to do business here again, everybody explained what we needed to know, and it didn't feel like we were being persuaded into purchasing the vehicle at a drastically different price from MSRP. Thank you all again!

  We recently purchased our second car from Renn Kirby Kia! Do to the excellent service and fantastic assistance we received the first time we bought a car here, having Sales Representative Grant Kieffer assist us once again was our main concern. We actually set up an appointment with Grant so we could be sure he was the one to work with us. Grant goes the extra mile to see that his customers questions are answered and that they receive first class service. Our requesting Grant to assist us in this our second purchase say it all!! His desire to see that his customers are provided the best in service and care when purchasing a vehicle is unmatched!

  We visited Renn Kirby Kia yesterday, and drove off the lot with a 2013 Kia Sportage! The selection of new & used cars was quite impressive. We weren't even 100% sure we were going to buy on Monday... we were "just looking". But then we met Brooke Wagner 😁 Brooke was able to help select the right car for us. She is a very knowledgeable salesperson, but in addition to that, she is very sweet and personable. I'm glad we met her, and that she put up with us during the process. We actually spent a bit more than we had planned to (of course), but we're quite happy with our entire experience. Again, thanks to Brooke for guiding us through this purchase.   Friendly and Professional This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Charles,Cody and Drew were knowledgeable, honest and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made the process smooth from start to finish. Renn Kirby Kia Gettysburg sets a high standard for how car buying should be. I highly recommend them when buying your next vehicle to anyone looking for a friendly staff, no pressure and excellent service. Five stars!!

  I had a great experience at Renn Kirby Kia with Brooke! She took her time and helped me find what best fit my husband and I’s needs. There was an issue with paperwork but due to her timely communication, we were able to get it resolved. Coming back into the dealership, I had met Robin and Gigi whom were both great helps. Robin, even assisting me with Kia Access alongside Brooke. These girls were great to work with in the sales department. I especially appreciate what felt like friendship rather than a sales transaction. Would recommend coming in and seeing either of these women for your next purchase!
