I told them what I wanted for my trade, and what I wanted to pay, and they made it happen. No games. No bull. No excuses. Easiest, most comfortable car buying experience I've ever had! Grant was my sales associate, and Cody worked the deal. They were both fantastic to work with, and extrememly accommodating and thoughtful. I left feeling like a million bucks, and isn't that what getting a new car is about? Next time I need a car, or service, it's Renn Kirby for sure. Go, find out for yourself. You'll be glad you did!!

She informed us it's at a different lot but will have someone go get it to test drive it. The rest is history. She was awesome, polite, friendly and all around great salesperson!!! The salesman repeatedly "had to check with his manager". Over and over. After 2 hours of this, I followed the salesman to see where he went. He was in the break room drinking coffee. This is how you treat people? I will never buy anything from these people. It's easy to say that it was only one salesman, but management had to have been aware that this is how he treated people. It has to be their culture. How sad

I was able to set an appointment for the following day in order to take full advantage of the promotional offers. They were able to meet my budget, and I ended up with a great deal. Many thanks!!
