We drove 1 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle and got lost on the way and arrived later than we had planned. But Renn Kirby Kia has a policy if anyone is traveling over one hour to come see a vehicle, and they keep in contact and let them know they are on their way, they will hold the vehicle until they arrive. I really appreciated this policy because a woman saw the vehicle we were planning on purchasing out front and wanted to test drive it and buy it. Thankfully she was told no, and we so appreciated that they didn't sell it out from under us like a lot of other dealers do. Great place, great people! Everyone was super nice!

It was a Friday afternoon shortly before they were done for the day, but the technicians were wonderful. They came right out to our car and did a diagnostic check to see what the problem was and they fixed it. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and we appreciate how quickly they took care of us.
