He really did everything to help us and had a perfect vehicle ready for us to look at. My husband and I went to several other dealerships and they were all pretty bad experiences and did not even try to help us find a car... and if they did they were broken down crappy cars! Luis made this process so easy for us, and really did everything in his power to make us happy. Management was also great along with Trinity who all stayed a little late to help us. I would recommend using Renn Kirby Chevy and Luis for anyone looking to get a car!

My beloved Fiat was totalled in a rear-end collision and I didn't think I'd ever find another vehicle to please me. I only drove through the lot to "window shop" when I made a new friend and purchased a Chevy Trax. Renn Kirby has many beautiful vehicles and the customer service can not be beat. If you're looking for a vehicle, make sure Renn Kirby is on the top of your list. If you want the royal trwatment, ask for Michelle. She made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
