Recently, I interacted with their new branch manager, who was unbelievably unprofessional, rude disrespectful And even an attempt to be bullying. I don’t believe that his interaction is a reflection of the level of customer service and professionalism that one would expect from enterprise rental agency. Be very wary if you’re choosing this location for your next rental agreement.

I called the number for the Gettysburg branch at 10 am and was redirected to corporate. I explained to the representative that we were going to be late and she told me “no problem”. They hold your reservation for 24 hours. We arrived at the Gettysburg branch an hour and fifteen minutes late. We were informed that our car had been given to another customer. They offered us a full sized minivan for an additional fee. They would not honor our reservation and wanted to charge us more. Do NOT trust this location with a reservation.
