  Would do - 5 stars if possible! Made appointment for inspection and oil change. Got there and they told me they don't do inspections! Waste of my time! Shove it!

  My tire started loosing air on a Friday afternoon, most places were booked or closing and I had plans over the weekend. Monro had a 5 PM appt and SAID they had 4 of the tires I needed. I limped my car there and they then tell me they only have 2, but can put them on and ill have to come back on Monday for the other 2. I said fine...he then tells me I HAVE to get an alignment or the warranty on my tires will be voided which i later found out from the MGR on duty, was false. I had already worked with their payment option to pay for it because the price i was quoted online more than doubled when i arrived!!! So come Monday when I arrived they tell me they CANT do the alignment because they have another car on the lift they have and asked if I wanted to wait for another day or remove the alignment. I told them to remove it , no problem. They put the 2 tires on and over an hour later they begin "checking me out". The MGR on duty didnt know how to process the payment...said they never trained him on it and he had to call someone for help. Talked on the phone for a good 25 mins and proceeds to tell me he CANT remove the alignment and HAS to charge me for it....and I now need to wait another 40ish mins for them to get it on the lift. I sat there for over 3+ hours to get this whole job completed. Absolutely horrible experience!!!!!

  Were able to get me a tire delivered the next day mounted and installed. Did good a job, thanks all!

  BUYER BEWARE!! Terrible.. I brought a vehicle in here to get brakes done and they was supposed to get it done in 1 day, which i told them that from the beginning.. needed the vehicle for my bussiness. next day they call me tell me they couldn't figure out how to get it in gear. Obviously not familiar with the vehicle.. soo that also tells me they didnt try working on it till the next day. They also lied saying they couldn't get ahold of me.. I was by my phone all day both days..that was a lie.. anyways, they would have to keep it the rest of the weekend.. and would work on it Monday.. that Monday comes and they try selling me more stuff that needs done on it.. I was like no man just do brakes, I know what it needs but I just brought it there for brakes.. they tell me a price.. ok moving on.. next day they call me and try to sell me some other stuff saying they still havent done the brakes.. no man just the brakes.. suddenly the price doubled.. what is wrong with this place? Now I've been out of a vehicle for my bussiness 3 more days and lost money because of them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Especially if they know u are a bussiness and are in need of your vehicle. They will take your money.

  Called to get a quote. Was misled to think I was getting a better deal than another place I called. Then was called and told it was gonna be over $1600 way more than double what I was quoted out the door at the other place. When I told them hell no don’t touch my car they said they would call me back. When they called back they told me they could do it for $1010 which was still way above the other place. At this time I needed it done it was there so I had them do the work. But I am not happy and I will never use Monroe for anything again. I think of all the little old ladies that just pay that outrageous amount without questioning. I am not happy. I really felt like a scam. Get me there then hit with the scam price.
