However, I had two issues with the store: 1) I was told my car would be ready sometime between 12pm-2pm. It did not end up being done until 5pm. 2) I could not get my car until the next day. They said they’d put the keys on the visor and I could get it the next day. When I came to get my car, it would not start. Had to call AAA and turns out, my battery was completely dead so I had to buy a whole new one. I had ZERO issues with my car/it’s battery prior to this appointment. We believe one of the workers left something on in my car during the night which led to my battery dying. I called to let them know about it and they were no help at all. They told me “they don’t even turn anything on in my car” which was clearly a lie because my car had been parked in a different parking spot lol. So yeah, I would recommend having them come to you for an appt rather than going to the actual store because clearly that didn’t go well.

Explained to Kyle I might not make it back before they close, Kyle offered to bring the car to me at work after the windshield was replaced. This was such a kind gesture you typically don't receive these days. Not only was the windshield replacement done perfectly Kyle and Hank brought they car to me. These guys were extremely kind!!!! Thank you!!!!
