I’ve been here about four times in the last three years, and the staff clearly try their best, but the experience gets worse every visit. Online appointments are essentially meaningless—they’re often unprepared, unclear on what the appointment is for, or missing required parts. Even basic tire installs, replacements, or repairs turn into unnecessary friction. They were also completely unprepared to handle tires purchased through Amazon, causing a long delay just to get started. As I said, nothing against the technicians, but the way this shop is managed is badly broken. Saturday hours are their one real advantage, but I won’t be back unless I have no other option.
