Purchased ford escape “as is” for a little under $9k July 12th. Fully inspected, and the only listed concerns were the slight rust on wheel well. Before purchase noticed battery light was on. Was told I just needed to purchase a new battery and that would fix it. Set up
Appointment to get new battery for a week later. During that week electrical things were going berserk. Advised dealership of this(every time something happened). Assured it was the battery. Fast forward, replaced battery, issues continued. Let dealership know. After getting the “as is” ear full, I advised this was something they were aware of prior to purchase. Manager agreed to diagnose and fix, and even lent us a temporary car. I had high hopes. . A day later, he called, and told me alternator was bad. So they replaced it. Sent me on my way. Noticed back windshield wipers didn’t work immediately. How did the car pass inspection with these issues?? Then came this morning, car is completely dead. $9000 for a car that is completely dead less then a month later. Tow came, advised us it was alternator. Same alternator that was supposedly just replaced a few weeks ago? Naw. I’m just, so heartbroken and disgusted over this. I know coincidental things happen, but this it don’t for one second believe is that. If it was a few thousand I’d understand, but $9k? No.
So, do I recommend this dealership? Maybe if the car is brand new. For preowned, I going with not a chance.
**** received a call from service manager. Very kind lady. The review I posted was accurate with the information I had, unfortunately, I didn’t have all of it. Joe (sales manager) and service manager are both tremendously helpful. They were not made aware of my ongoing issues by source I used. So this is partially my fault for not going above to seek out answers. Ac grabbed vehicle yesterday as it died again. Jennifer and her team were stellar! They replaced the default treat windshield wioer(which was the culprit for battery issues) and all is well. I am truly grateful for them taking such good care of me, and again I apologize for not having all the information*

We were traveling through the area heading to Tidioute for camp when we began having car trouble. After figuring out what was wrong with it and taking it to 2 other places who were not able to do the work we took it to A. Cirevelli Ford on Rt.62. I spoke to the lady at the service desk and explained to her the situation, she went and spoke to her head mechanic who meet me outside at my vehicle to take a look at it. He confirmed that it blew a spark plug and ignition coil, also the plug hole would need to be rethreaded. I asked if they would be able to fit me into their schedule and they kindly did. Within 2 hours our vehicle was fixed. They also used the ignition coil and spark plug that I had already purchased which saved me on cost. Chris, Wendy and I didn't get the ladies name at the service desk when I first came in. You guys are awesome and made our weekend at camp so much more enjoyable. Thank you guys so much!
