If you have a Ford Diesel issue take the time to travel further to this dealership if you can. Master Technician, excellent staff (friendly, very accommodating, and solid skills. If you have a complex issue or not you will be treated the same, and you will be kept in the loop as to what is going on with your vehicle. Highly recommended and glad to share information about them with anyone!

I love my Subaru dealership in Franklin and I recommended the ford dealership to my boyfriend expecting the same service. I got the exact opposite!! He’s spent over 10 grand on his car and it is worse than it was when we took it in to get work in. They completely shattered everything in his hub assembly and did not tell him and proceeded to put a new wheel bearing over it. And it gets worse, when I went in the maintenance department to confront them on all the issues we were having, the ladies just argued with me on the problems and that they couldn’t do anything about it. If I could give them a zero star review, I definitely would. Never go here, Grove City Ford is 10x better.
