I literally just completed (yesterday) the purchase of a certified (CPO) Mercedes-Benz from this dealership, And want openly share what a great experience it was. To set context, I live approximately 160 miles away (CT from the PA dealership, but I saw a cool MB in their online Listing so I called the dealership mid Saturday morning. I was connected with David Gardner, one of the MB sales associates and we had a good basic conversation about the vehicle, It’s condition, options, etc. David quickly volunteered to go out and take some pictures and video and send those to me, And I receive those within the hour. One of the reasons that I wanted to get a lot of the details “settled“ is that I was also planning to trade in my 2018 MB S63, And I needed to know that we were “in the zone” in terms of the trade-in value would be BEFORE I drove 3+ hours. David quickly engaged his manager, Michael, who like David was extremely pleasant, professional and well-informed. Obviously, no dealer would agree to a trade-in value without having the opportunity to thoroughly inspect and test drive, But based on the picture sent my description, Carfax and background info we were able to agree to a directional trade-in value, And based on those good conversations, I “hit the road“. I arrived at the dealership mid/late afternoon yesterday, Was warmly greeted and immediately shown to the car which had been prepped. While I was inspecting my perspective purchase, Michael and his team inspected/test drove my vehicle, And upon his return, we agreed on the valuation. Since I was trading in my vehicle and we had to deal with registrations, temp plates, etc all the paperwork took about 45 minutes -But this process was again handled very pleasantly and professionally by Tiffany, the dealership’s finance manager. Long story short, I’m an admitted “Car nut” and I’ve had the good fortune (blessed) to have owned/driven 9 various MB models And dealt with five (5) MB dealers. My recent purchase experience with Mercedes-Benz of Fort Washington Is undoubtedly the best and most professional of any of those sales transactions! Kudos to Michael for clearly establishing a culture of honesty and professionalism throughout the Fort Washington MB organization, and to David for being professional, pleasant, honest and open to negotiating the right way. Happy motoring!!

I had an amazing experience working with David at Mercedes-Benz Fort Washington! From start to finish, he was incredibly supportive in helping me find the perfect Benz. His patience truly stood out, and he took the time to make sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. David is extremely knowledgeable and made the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable, not overwhelming. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely guided and cared for. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and truly invested in your experience, David is your person. I will absolutely be working with him again for my next Benz! Highly recommend.

I brought my 2015 Mercedes-Benz C300 to this dealership for service after experiencing a subframe failure, which is a serious safety concern. To my surprise, the service department could not locate my vehicle or my extended warranty in their system, even though I purchased this vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes-Benz from this very dealership. That alone was extremely concerning. More importantly, Mercedes-Benz has already acknowledged widespread issues with defective subframes in vehicles from approximately 2010–2020. Despite this, I was told my vehicle is not covered. I specifically purchased a gold-level extended warranty because I previously experienced the exact same subframe failure on my 2009 Mercedes and was assured the issue had been resolved in newer models. When my warranty provider was contacted, the claim was denied due to “rust” even though this appears to be the same known defect Mercedes has previously addressed. This is now the second Mercedes vehicle I’ve owned with the same dangerous issue, and it nearly caused an accident on the highway. It is especially alarming that a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, which is supposed to meet strict inspection standards, would experience this type of structural failure. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly alarming from a safety standpoint. I expected better record-keeping, transparency, and accountability—especially given the history of this issue. I am currently exploring further action. I strongly urge both the dealership and Mercedes-Benz corporate to review this situation seriously.

From the first point of contact over the phone and text message, I felt welcomed and taken care of at the Mercedes-Benz dealer. Even without being there in person, the communication was friendly, professional, and never pushy, which immediately made me feel comfortable and confident moving forward. I’m very happy with my purchase and with how attentive John Scisly was throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was patient, responsive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident in my decision. He never rushed me or pressured me, and he took the time to explain everything clearly so I fully understood what I was getting. What really stood out was his honesty and communication. John Scisly was always quick to respond, kept me updated through calls and texts, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. He made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth, simple, and actually enjoyable—even remotely. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers, and you can tell he cares about people, not just making a sale. That level of service is rare to find these days. Because of him, I feel confident in my purchase and at peace knowing I made the right choice. I would highly recommend this Mercedes-Benz dealer and especially John Scisly to anyone looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and attentive professional. If you’re considering working with him, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in great hands from start to finish.

To Fort Washington Mercedes-Benz, I am extremely disappointed by my experience at your dealership on April 3, 2026, at approximately 11:45 a.m. I visited with the serious intention of purchasing a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz S580 with 16,938 miles, VIN: W1K6G7GB7RA281345, and I had already gone through the necessary steps to ensure I was financially prepared to move forward. Instead of being met with honesty, professionalism, and customer care, I left feeling frustrated, misled, and completely dissatisfied. The biggest issue was that the vehicle had a check engine light on at the time it was being shown and discussed for sale. That alone should have immediately raised concern and transparency from your team. As a buyer prepared to spend over $93,000 cash offer out the door, I expected full disclosure, reassurance, and a serious effort to address the problem. Instead, when I expressed valid concerns about the vehicle’s condition and the long-term risk of buying a luxury car with a warning light already present, my concerns were dismissed. Rather than acknowledging why this would be a major red flag for any reasonable buyer, I was told by both John Scisly, and his manager Michael Prion; the issue would simply be handled by taking the vehicle to the shop and turning the light off. That response was alarming and unacceptable. A check engine light is not a minor cosmetic issue. It suggests that there may be an underlying mechanical or electrical problem, and “turning the light off” is not the same as properly diagnosing and repairing the vehicle. For a dealership representing the Mercedes-Benz brand, I found that approach careless and dishonest. Continue…..
