  Thanks Matthew Raimel for you service. From the moment you started talking I realized you knew what you was talking about. We went on one offer second offer boom. No hassle I knew the business and he knew his job as a salesman. My Fiancée left happy. He showed her all the features to the vehicle, set her phone up showed he driver assistance features. Dude just a good guy and ima be back for him to personally walk me to service department lol 😂

  Outstanding customer service by all associates my sales assistant was Kevin Lee who made me a fantastic deal as I had already done my research online, so I know what a fantastic deal I received.   Great dealership, Paul Pera is an excellent sales consultant who’s efficient, personable and provided customer service at our level which is expected by the brand. I was an out of state customer and arrived at the dealership around closing the previous evening to look at a vehicle on the website. Paul took my friend and I on a test drive and explained to everything about the vehicle, in the short amount of time we were there. I the next morning I arrived as Paul and I agreed, upon my arrival we had coffee prior to starting the deal. I was on a timeline as I was leaving in a matter of hours, so I needed to get in and get out in a timely fashion, which was accomplished to my expectations. My overall experience with everyone, I interacted with the dealership was personable, and conducted in a manner expected by Mercedes. Great job Mercedes of Fort Washington.
