    I picked up a new truck today, and June Li was a great sales person, she created me as I walked in the door(another dealer didn’t) she was very helpful, let me test drive the vehicle and wasn’t too pushy, and today I’m driving off with a new vehicle, great job to her and the team at this location.-james

    My experience at this BMW dealership was among the worst I've encountered. We purchased a loaner vehicle that was presented as being in excellent condition, only to discover serious issues afterward. The dealership refused to take responsibility or allow a return, leaving us stuck with a problematic car. The most appalling aspect was management's conduct. Damian Roth In a clear reference to the diverse makeup of their staff and customers, a manager referred to the office as a "jungle." This racially charged comment was deeply offensive and revealed a toxic culture. I urge anyone considering this dealership to take their business elsewhere. Other BMW dealers will value your business and treat you with respect.

    Updated - 1/9 - As a consumer its how a company reacts and then about the actions they take when when they receive the feedback from a customer that makes the difference. Appreciate Jeremy G's time to raise concerns and listen to a customers frustration. Based on Jeremy's actions - Id give them another shot when it's time to buy our next vehicle.. Thank you Jeremy.. Updating this one. Edward was good to deal with.... Happy with the purchase.. Got a great used Volvo, Buyer beware of the interest rate trick on your negotiation.. Digging a little further, they added a point to my interest rate... still within in current market - but should have qualified lower..

    I was a prospective buyer of a used vehicle they had on their lot. I am an out of state buyer and was doing everything over the phone and text message. Obviously, a purchase like this requires thought and can take time with communications. I was working with June Li and she was very kind and communicative initially. We went back and forth and got to the point of possibly putting a deposit down. I waited 12 hours while weighting my options and all the while was being constantly pressured by June Li throughout. Later this day, while out to eat, I received 4 back to back phone calls as well as text messages from June all within 5 minutes of each other and this felt as though I was being pressured into making a deal ASAP. When I finally answered on the 4th call, she accused me of wasting her time and hung up on me midway through my sentence after I explained to her that I was shopping between one other vehicle. This was extremely rude and unprofessional and I would have expected better anywhere, especially a BMW “luxury” dealership. I’m truly disgusted by how relations ended.
