This was the same battery that they told me would fit in my wife’s vehicle. It does not. The battery was a $300 purchase and they are refusing to take it back. Not only is this terrible customer service, but the audacity of them to refuse to fix their own mistake is astounding. To make matters worse, store employee Nick was extremely rude the entire time. Gesturing to a yellow sign with tiny font by the door and telling me there is no refund policy on batteries etc. Well if there is no refund on batteries, they should verify they are selling you the correct one BEFORE giving you some crap you can’t use nor return. ABSURD. I’d go -1 stars if i could.
