The mortal of this is if they're gonna lie to me iabout $500. What else would they lie about when they're working on my truck I leave reviews everywhere and from what I pjust went through.I've never been more unhappy with a shop of any kind. I went in on Thursday and asked for a 4 tire break.and rotor replacement was supposed to bend down this morning at eight o'clock. They had no people there and was told I would be the first in the door. At 10 o'clock, I was told they took my truck and drove it around and was trying to tell me the brakes were ok on my truck except 1. That wasn't the agreement between me and the manager. Without question all four were be to replaced. And at that phone call , I was told an extra five hundred dollars to do what I was quoted to do. I asked repeatedly while I was in the shop that that was too low of a price to do all four breaks and rotors the manager said that's what we charge because we are good at what we do. So then I got the phone call that said it was seven hundred and ninety seven dollars to do all four and he said the price he gave me was per axle which was never in the original agreement. It's not the money. I have no problem paying the amount of money. I just don't like being lied to by shop managers. So now I will go pay probably more money to have it done but at least I won't be lied to.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but for this place, I have to. I booked an appointment on Saturday for a safety and emission inspection and a tire rotation four days in advance. On Saturday morning, I got a call saying there would be a long wait time for my appointment and that I should arrange a ride to leave and come back later. The whole point of booking an appointment is to get service at the scheduled time, not to wait for hours. Still, I went to check in person, and the person at the front desk was extremely rude, yelling, and wouldn’t even let me speak or explain my situation. I ended up giving up and rescheduling for Monday. On Monday, the appointment itself was quick, which was a relief—but then I was told my wipers were bad. I said I’d come back later to replace them because I still have time for my current inspection to expire, and that’s when they told me I wouldn’t get my safety stickers unless I paid for them again when I returned. And if I replaced the wipers there, they were $23 each—even though one is 14 inches and the other is 22 inches! I was basically given no choice and forced to pay for overpriced wipers just to get my inspection done. Overall, this place is rude, overpriced, and misleading. They quote lower prices but push you into unnecessary, expensive add-ons. Never going back again!
