  So my husband and I had to take our Cadillac here to be repaired after filing a claim with our insurance company for an accident. We were going to drop off our Cadillac there to get repaired and I followed my husband there in our Prius to give him a ride home. Upon opening my door to get out of my car, there was no one parked next to me, I barely got my door 1/4 of the way open and had someone come flying into the parking space next to me and smash in to my car door. The other party then backed up and I got out, then he pulled into the spot. He got out to check the damage to his car and mine. My car door was crushed in and his car barely had a scratch. He said he was not worried about his car, but admitted he worked for Gerber Collision and Glass and they could repair that. He suggested I file a claim with my insurance company, but did not seem interested in exchanging insurance and was even reluctant to exchange his personal information until my husband pushed him to do so. His name was Mark Horn and he said he would not be filing a claim with his insurance company. We did not think to call the police and did file a claim with our insurance to get it repaired. We got it repaired there and had to pay our deductible, however we were not able to recover it because Mark was dodging calls from our insurance for weeks and not cooperating. His insurance company then claimed full liability in a text they sent to me personally after asking me for more information about the accident. Upon my insurance attempting to recover my deductible, suddenly his insurance no longer claimed any liability. Apparently Gerber Collision and Glass does not have security cameras, at least not on that side of the building. So my husband and I are now out our deductible and Mark gets to do this to someone else without any repercussions. I guess this is how he gets them more business. Will never go here again for fear of having more vehicle damage.

  Recently got my suv repaired, everyone there was so friendly and gave such good customer service.
