- GHGina Hernandez3 days ago1.0Never a good experience here. My husband and I have been here a total of 3 times and these picture are from two of those 3. The first time an elderly man whose name tag read Herman, was checking people out and there was a huge line. The girl that was working with him was as pictured. Then on a separate occasion the same man was yet again behind the counter trying take care of several customers, while the phone was ringing. Both women sat as pictured until one got up and looked at the phone and then sat back down!!! The blatant disrespect was just unreal. A woman in a red shirt walked in the door and immediately started helping to check people out, including us, her name tag read Debra G. I wish I could say I was surprised but my husband shops here a lot more than I do an said the store has gone seriously downhill since that lady Dee left the store. I was originally going to say that I would stop shopping here but I think I’ll continue to shop here. More often in fact maybe not even to buy anything but to make sure lazy people get blasted on the internet. I think I’m gonna tell my friends to do the same and take pictures every time we come in. Thank you to the two employees who actually work here. I Hope this helps.

- ERErin RussoNov 7, 20251.0We wont ever come back here. I’ve worked retail for 20 years. Upon first impression the store is ok but the counters are a mess. There was no one up front and we were left to roam for a good 10 minutes before someone had asked us if they could be of any help. A nice blonde girl named Debra in a red shirt who just came from a delivery. As she was giving us the correct light bulb information for our truck another person materialized. She was in a gray shirt dark hair pulled pack in a bun on that very back counter for “commercial” on her cell phone and upon hearing the noise realized that was the noise I heard all along… while we strolled the store and no one could help us… a cell phone conversation! Honestly I’m not surprised. (One of my favorite things about retirement is that I don’t have to worry about “managers” taking advantage of employees) but someone should look into it here. I’ll shop at advance or Napa from now on.
