    language skills do not give you the right to treat me badly. Stop yelling to the client or delivery driver 😡😡😡If don’t like your work or your have problem It’s your business don’t yelling The staff raised their voice at me and made me feel uncomfortable because of my language. This is not acceptable customer service.

    Ever since new store management has taken over the store a 30 w street rd in feasterville the store has been an absolute joke to deal with especially as a shop owner. You can barely get parts delivered during the early hours of the day let alone after 2pm you’re lucky they will send parts by way of uber but that takes an excessive amount of time. I once headed there to pick a part up at 6pm on a weeknight and the store was closed for the night due to lack of personnel. Before the new manager took over there was never an issue with parts delivery or pick or even ordering parts. Now it’s a complete mess to deal with. The only reason we still deal with that store is because Luke in commercial is dynamite to deal with.

    This is absolutely terrifying place I went there to buy part for my Jeep after waiting several minutes without saying anything I went to the sales representative to ask if he can help or there was anyone else to help me because there was no customer before me. As soon as I asked this question he assaulted me and call me rude person like I did something bad to asked for help he was so rude and aggressive for no reason I got confused I asked him if I did something bad he just ignored my question and continued be more aggressive I was shocked. As far I know when you need part and need help to found it you asking sales representative this is his jobe after all to help and be polite not to be rude and assault customer witch is waiting over 10 min without saying anything. This is terrifying for no reason to ruin my hole day and give me such a attitude. Be aware and do not go there unless you want to be assaulted with this person I don’t catch his name he never sad but he is about 6 FT tall have lot of tattoos and long beard
