    This is absolutely terrifying place I went there to buy part for my Jeep after waiting several minutes without saying anything I went to the sales representative to ask if he can help or there was anyone else to help me because there was no customer before me. As soon as I asked this question he assaulted me and call me rude person like I did something bad to asked for help he was so rude and aggressive for no reason I got confused I asked him if I did something bad he just ignored my question and continued be more aggressive I was shocked. As far I know when you need part and need help to found it you asking sales representative this is his jobe after all to help and be polite not to be rude and assault customer witch is waiting over 10 min without saying anything. This is terrifying for no reason to ruin my hole day and give me such a attitude. Be aware and do not go there unless you want to be assaulted with this person I don’t catch his name he never sad but he is about 6 FT tall have lot of tattoos and long beard

    I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve had an exceptionally good or bad experience, and unfortunately, this was the latter. I had to go to this Advanced Auto Parts four separate times just to get a replacement battery that was still under warranty. I originally bought the battery from this same location two years ago, and recently, it kept failing. Every single time I went in, I was given a different excuse as to why they couldn’t help me — not enough staff, it was too dark to check the battery, I was told to go home and clean it (which I did, and it still didn’t work), and they even tried convincing me the issue wasn’t the battery at all. Each time, they sent me away, and each time, my battery failed again. I ended up stranded, having to jump my car just to come back. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to deal with it and assumed I wouldn’t return. On my fourth visit, I finally spoke with Sarah, who was great, and a gentleman named Guy — the first person who actually understood what I was dealing with, and got it done. He replaced the battery in 10 minutes, and my car has been working perfectly ever since. If someone had just taken those 10 minutes the first time, it would have saved me an entire weekend of stress and frustration. From Friday through Sunday, I was stranded, and completely on my own while the staff repeatedly brushed me off. It’s honestly ridiculous that it took three visits before anyone bothered to help, and this was just absolutely terrible service. I would not recommend buying from here, so you don’t have to deal with laziness, lack of accountability, rudeness, and a complete lack of care!
