    Would be a 0 stars. Called spoke to a live Representative and she confirmed that what I saw online was also available for rental today. I was picking it up within an hour. I get a phone call from the location of rental which is in Feasterville. The guy tells me he does not have that pickup available or any other vehicle at the moment. They have zero vehicles to rent. As In NONE!?!? Last night I checked their inventory and thensame vehicle WAS in their inventory. What a joke. How Our vehicles appearing in inventory if they don't actually have them!? Oh and he blamed it on returns not being on time- blaming the customer!

    the manager Maritza does not work well under pressure. she is rude and very over bearing. she not only effected me as the consumer, she also puts a strain on her team mates. she lacks patience, empathy and understanding. Her style of management should be evaluated and she should consider customer service training to better assist with her lack of professionalism.
