- CHCaitlin Hartick3 days ago5.0I had no idea how my car would be fixable or how anyone would be able to put my car back to perfection but I was blown away by the amazing work they did. My accident happened on a Friday and they immediately looked at it that following Monday. They were quick to assess the damage and get to work. Although the car wasn’t done on time and took an extra week and a half I don’t hold that against them because they were waiting for one part that they discovered was damaged during the repair. With the holidays around the corner, delivery of the part seemed pretty delayed. But when they got the part they immediately fixed it and my car was complete. I’m originally from Meadville and had auto body work done on a previous vehicle I owned and I will 100% say there is no competition when it comes to choosing Bonnells over other shops. My car looks and acts as if nothing ever happened to it and that makes me happy.
- WMWill MillerDec 29, 20252.0Received call vehicle was done. Had to get hood aligned before I left from picking it up, was told to come back beginning of week to get grill inserts aligned and installed correctly. Noticed damaged trim by lower windshield damaged and they ordered new one. On way to get it taken care of old damaged piece flew off on highway and part didnt come in. Hood seal found laying across top of engine and had to be reinstalled. The Jeep logo ordered for hood was wrong one and needs installed. The Trailhawk hood decal not installed said it will be installed in 30 days by another company that its too big for them to do it and the correct Jeep Emblem will be installed the same time. When the franchise company took over all the home town values of a local company faded although work is good, its not the exceptional work that was done in the past when I delt with the original Bonnells Collosion owner. UPDATE! 1/7/2026, Another trip back to Bonnells Collision to fi n ally get the trim on drivers side installed. Imagine n e that they bought the wrong side and I say the tech trying to pull the trim off. I had to jump up and tell him he was on the wrong side of the vehicle. The general manager said he will get the correct one in and install both of them when he gets it since he has that part. So I asked if they had an appointment for decal and emblem yet. He comes out and said yes March 2nd. I was told my car was done on the 26th of December and ready for pickup and it wasn't. So it will now be almost 3 months before my vehicle is completely done! If I knew this i wouldn't paid my $1000.00 Deductible. Next call is to my insurance adjuster to discuss this issue with them to escalate the issue. I am very dissatisfied and will not refer anyone and will steer them down the street to Watsons Auto Body who still is a hometown business with hometown values!!
