One of THE WORST customer service experiences I’ve experienced in a long time! Very unfriendly, cold and unwelcoming people in the service area especially the manager Josh. The area is predominantly white so I’m not sure if that played a part but the vibes were definitely giving that. I have a car that Nissan doesn’t make anymore so it seemed like they did NOT want to help In any shape or form but I chalked it up to maybe they don’t know much about the car and were trying to get me out of there fast instead of answering the questions that I did have. I kept asking if there is anything they can do about a persisting beeping sound after I payed $200 for a diagnostic and they said they would have to charge me again to look at it. Most of the questions I had for them, they kept giving the same answer which would result to me paying 10-12k. Literally when I got home and did a little digging of my own, I fixed the problem In a matter of minutes. They clearly did not want to help me, they were looking at me as if I had antlers on my head. I’ve never felt this uncomfortable and unwanted in a space before. Shame on all of you for making that my experience. I would suggest if you happen to be black go elsewhere.

I recently purchased a car from Peruzzi Nissan and had salesman Samson Rosales provide a knowledgeable and friendly experience from start to finish. He did not pressure me in any way and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about the vehicle. Bob Seidenberger, who my family has dealt with since the mid-1980s knew what we were looking for and was able to put me into an affordable package in a beautiful 2025 Nissan Rogue with a mere 2800 miles on it. EXCELLENT! This is why we only shop at Peruzzi Nissan when we are looking for a car.

I received my recall notice in the mail a little too late from Nissan and my rogue engine failed. Scott the service manger although completely overwhelmed with handling a huge volume of recall activities was amazing under extremely tough circumstances. Although it took a little while to get to look at my car’s problem, he immediately sprang into action once the technician completed the diagnosis. He arranged for a rental car and got quick approval that a replacement engine would be completely covered under warranty as would the rental car until the repairs could be completed. Scott was superb at keeping in contact and updating me on the progress of the repair.

March 21st was one of the worst days of my life. My car was taken and totaled, and for weeks I felt like everything was falling apart. I was stressed, overwhelmed, and honestly didn’t know how I was going to bounce back. But walking into Nissan changed everything. From the moment I got there, they treated me with kindness, respect, and real understanding. No pressure, no judgment—just people who genuinely wanted to help me get back on my feet. And somehow… they made it happen. No cosigner, low mileage, and I drove off in a 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport. Something I truly didn’t think was possible just days before. This wasn’t just buying a car—this was a comeback for me. A reminder that even when life hits you hard, things can turn around. I’ll never forget how they treated me during one of the hardest moments of my life. If you need a car and want people who actually care, go to Nissan. Thank you for being part of my comeback story. 💯✨

Im not sure where I should even start with this review, but my wife just purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle less than a year ago from here and recently her dashboard lit up like a christmas tree, I was hesitant to bring it back to the dealership due but against my better judgement I did. I was charged a 200.00 diagnostic fee, and then told the issue was a rodent chewed through wires in one of the wiring harnesses and that it would be $800.00 to fix the initial wiring harness they thought it was but we would possibly had to of paid more if it didn't correct the issue which threw up red flags instantly, i told them I'd rather take it to my TRUSTED mechanic for the repairs, to which at first they said ok but then recieved a call back stating the quote was wrong and would be $200.00 cheaper and i should just do it because I'm already paying the diagnostic fee. To which I declined. I handed the diagnostic paper with quote to my trusted mechanic, on a Friday he was able to inspect all wiring harnesses and ensure me on the spot it was only the one wiring harness and didn't say well if this one doesn't fix it you will have to pay more. I received the bill from my mechanic, $192.00 to fix the wiring issue. I could be wrong but there is something truly wrong with this picture, if your a big time car sales and repair company how is it your prices are almost 8 times more than a local mechanic and also how is it I had to pay a 200 dollar diagnostic fee and they couldn't promise me the issue didn't go past their original diagnostic? Im sorry, but honesty gets you somewhere in this world but so does dishonesty and they are not the same places. My mechanic would have diagnosed and fixed it for a total of 192.00$ while you diagnosed it for 200, then threw a couple different prices at me as well as tried to pull a fast one on me and I'm sure as the sky is blue that they would have found another $800.00 wiring harness issue after the initial one was fixed.
