  I had to bring my car in at 11:15am on a Saturday for a flat tire while my son was at a birthday party across the street. The gentleman called me shortly after with his recommendations, clearly explaining what needed immediate attention and what could wait—no upselling at all. I let him know I needed the vehicle back by 1pm when the party ended. On a busy Saturday, they still managed to replace all four tires, do an oil change, and change the cabin filter in that time frame. They were fair, reasonable, and honest. For that reason, I highly recommend them.

  Called them to ask if they do rim repairs. Lady who answered said “Yes we do rim repairs” and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I said I need to know a price or at least and estimate before booking an appointment. She said she had to transfer me to a service manager to get the price and I said ok. When the “service manager” answered I said I was looking to see how much it would cost for rim repair and he says before I could even finish “we don’t do rim repairs here”. I said well why would the lady who answered said you do repair rims. He says “maybe some of our other shops in the area do but we don’t”. So I ask him do you know any other places that do? He says “no not really, not many places offer run repair”. But he just said maybe some of the other shops do. Maybe he was having a bad day but he was rude and didn’t make sense because how do some of the other shops may offer repairs but goes on to say not many places do rim repairs anymore. The staff needs to be updated on what they offer their customers before trying to book appointments and learn how to talk to their customers. It’s a customer service job.

  I had my car inspected by Chris and his team, and once again they did a great job. They were honest, transparent, and took the time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. Their rates are reasonable, and the work was completed in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and easy to deal with, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but Chris and his team definitely earned mine. I’ll absolutely be going back and highly recommend them!
