  I have been here for service a few times over the years but this was my first time on the sales floor. My family and I were instantly greeted by Alex. If I can recall he opened or held the door for us. Truth be told haven’t been getting the same treatment as other dealers. It seems like this place maintains old school values that transcend market situations. I originally went there to look around but Alex right away guided us to some deals based on our criteria that was worth mulling over. Additionally the business manager, Hussein, was the right away to answer any of my questions and concerns about the cars and numbers. After we made our choice many hours later they were quick to make it happen with a smile on their face the entire time. My kids made it through hours of waiting and they even brought out food for them to help us during the more boring parts of the process. Bottom line this place was the real deal. They didn’t need to do all that. It seems to be in their culture. People come first. If you’ve always driven Nissan and haven’t been here before check them out. If you never have driven a Nissan and need a new ride check them out. 5 stars all around.

  Joe Stuttor is a clas act. He made my wife and I feel extremely comfortable with the process. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or misinformed. He approached packages as recommendations and not absolute musts. At some dealerships you can get quotatosis (the smell a seller has who is desperate to make a sale). With Joe we only got kindness, respect, and a sense that we made the right decision.

  I talked to Nicole on the phone, told her I had a trade in, and what I wanted for it. I drove the HOUR AND A HALF down there. They gave me a male salesman. I told him the same thing. He tried to sell me these 3 protection packages before he even ran my credit. It was $180 above what I wanted to spend, also I have that package with my insurance company. I told Nicole and the salesman that I wanted a payment around $220 or so. They ran my credit and it was good, and came back with a payment of $289.00. I declined that offer. This went back and fourth. Then he tried to find me another car on one of their other lots. Meanwhile, i'm looking at my score on credit karma. They ran it once, so it dropped alittle bit. But then his boss ran it 2 more times. I told the salesman to tell him to stop running my credit check thru different banks and credit unions!!! The salesman almost jumped out if his chair to tell his boss( because I TOLD THEM TO RUN IT ONCE!!) So while the salesman was chatting with me, his boss was hand stringing me behind my back. That's bad business! I told them to give me my key to my car. I got in my car and there stood the salesman outside my window. He said come on man, it's only $60 more dollars. I replied,it's $70 so why don't you pay it, if it's ONLY $70.(Plus my insurance would go up, due to buying a newer vehicle). He just looked at the ground, and walked away. This was bull💩. I TOLD THEM RIGHT OFF THE BAT WHAT PAYMENTS I WANTED, and they still kept me there almost 4 hours. They're lucky to get 2 ⭐️'s from me. And to top it off, the salesman tried to give me his card. I told him that he'd find it on the side of the road at the entrance to the dealership. I AM NOT DRIVING 1 AND A HALF HOURS AGAIN TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. THIS IS CALLED END OF STORY. They all don't want to give you 💩 for your car, but want you to pay high payments AT 11.9% INTEREST!!!!!!!

  Probably one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership. They got me the exact vehicle I wanted at the number I wanted to be at and they did it quick. 3 hours and I was on my way home in my new car. Thank you to the salesman Alex and the manager Hussein on getting me in my car, and thanks to Kim from the service department on the recommendations! I’ll definitely be shopping here again!
