Took my car into Peruzzi for regular needed seevice again-bringing here since I bought my car in 2019 because they are expediant, no surpise fees, attentive, courteous, professional, and top your car off with a wash if you like. I feel so good on drive home!
I waited for my car but they also offer an "uber" ride home or car to borrow if you have to get back to work foor the day.
Cell service provides laptop and cellphone use if waiting-Ive used all of these.
They noted my car due for inspection (which I forgot) and completed this! Saved the day!!

Dan fixed a 2015 recall on my 2011 mazda 3i sport touring sedan, free of charge of course, fast drop off, 8am & picked up just before 3pm. just a software update needed im sure but not bad whatsoever, very good experience! & he actually looked at my whole car a bit and printed out a few things possibly wrong with my vehicle which i actually brought to my mechanic next day, without being asked! which was very convenient!
We've been buying our cars from Peruzzi Mazda in Fairless Hills PA for several years now. Peruzzi has Always been the best for us. Top notch customer service, the best with maintenance, and knowledgeable, efficient salesmen. Today we bought out a lease from our 2023 Mazda X5 and purchased a new 2025 mazda X5 in the same day. Tristan worked all the numbers for us multiple times with multiple different options.There was none of the normal pressure you'd expect from a dealership. He gave us all the numbers accurately and efficiently. We walked away with two of our favorite cars with very minimal stress or time today. We are two very happy customers, and we highly recommend Peruzzi of Fairless Hills and ask for Tristan Shallow if you are looking to buy or lease! Awesome dealership and even better customer service!

Worst dealership ever, bought a car from them and traded my car in two weeks later driving the car twice the car does not start. They offer to take a look at it and I had to pay to tow it to the dealer. They said they "fixed it" then one week later the car has the same issue and wont turn on and the car would shake. They offer to look at it again this time saying how I need to buy a whole new engine. Lost over $8,000 in one month alone of having the car, do not buy from this dealership.

My wife and I purchased a CX90 in late Jan. We had a positive experience in working with Adam S as the sales person. Adam was knowledgeable about the few vehicles we test drove and provided recommendations based on our needs. Matt (business mgr) was helpful during signing too and great to work with. The negotiation and signing process were positive. There are some areas of improvement needed by the dealership related to service and follow through.
Pros:
1. Seamless test drive, sales, and closing processes.
2. Knowledgeable staff
3. Pleasant atmosphere
4. Helpful - we accidentally left a car seat mirror in our trade in and the sales team tracked it down and held on to it for us (THANKS!)
Cons:
1. Post sale follow up - There was some rim damage to our new vehicle that the dealership promised to fix as part of the “We Owe” documentation. We bought on 1/27 and were told wk of 2/2 we’d be contacted to schedule time to get it fixed. As of today, 2/11, we have not been contacted.
2. Smaller details - one day after leaving with our vehicle a notification came up about low windshield washer fluid. Given this is a CPO with a “160 point” inspection we’d expect that all details would be accounted for. This gave us some pause.
