I inquired on a vehicle and I got a call within an hour from Marco. By the end of our phone, I had an appointment scheduled to come in to discuss vehicles and payment options. We met with Tristan who helped us find the best vehicle for our daughter. He was kind, efficient, open and honest. Most of all, he was patient with us. Within a few short hours, both Tristan and Mat from finance had us on our way with our new vehicle. Thank you to everyone at Peruzzi for such great treatment!

I traveled 62 miles from Queens NY to visit Peruzzi Mazda in PA. I must say, it was the most exhilarating experience i've had purchasing a car. The steps didn't feel like buying a car, it felt like a family member walking you through the process. I dealt with Jordan Haft who was my sales manager. He was friendly, honest, and very thorough in his explanation of every aspect of buying a car. If you are in the market for New or pre-owned certified vehicle. Go see Jordan Haft!

This is actually one of the few times I’ve ever felt it warranted to leave a Google review, but thanks to Adam and Larry at Peruzzi Mazda, I truly felt it was well deserved. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the very first communication—over the holidays, no less—every question I had was welcomed and answered promptly. They addressed every concern I’ve had to date with clear and straightforward responses, making it easy to trust that I can rely on them if anything comes up in the future. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured. Instead, the entire process felt warm, honest, and genuinely customer-focused.
I also want to give a nod to the service and parts department for handling a minor cosmetic issue quickly and professionally. Larry personally helped facilitate and follow through with those departments, ensuring everything was taken care of smoothly. Overall, this was an excellent experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend both Larry and Adam at Peruzzi Mazda to anyone looking for a stress-free, welcoming, and truly positive car-buying experience.

I had an issue with the fuel door not opening on my 2025 Mazda CX-90, and had to remove it on the road or be stranded with no gas.
When I took it in to Peruzzi Mazda, the service manager stated it would be $810.00 to replace, and would not be covered under warranty since two plastic tabs were broken when the fuel door was removes, and they could not submit it to Mazda as such.
I argued that I should not be responsible for breaking something that was malfunctioning in the first place.
After much back and forth with no resolution offered or given, the service manager (who was never rude at any point) suggested I call the dealer where I bought it from (to which I said that should not matter) or call Mazda customer service.
I called Hamilton Mazda where I bought the CX-90 from and it was a completely different story, a 180. The service manager understood that it was a choice of removing the fuel door or run out of gas. He further explained that Mazda is very serious about customer service, that there were other warranty's that this situation would fall under, and that they could do a dealer override for the warranty as customer service comes first.
The Cx-90 is currently being repaired at Hamilton Mazda, free of charge, and all costs covered by Mazda.
Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend Peruzzi Mazda to anyone.

As always, I arrived a couple of minutes late. Nonetheless, The door rose to greet me with good cheer. I handed over the keys and spoke with the fellow about the reason for my appointment. After that, I headed to the waiting room.. I was in and out in one hour. Even though I was there for an oil change and tire rotation, the car also received a bath. I thought this was a nice touch. I then left and went about my day, which, as I recall, was not all that exciting. But it began well at Peruzzi Mazda on Route 1. Kind of pathetic when you think about it... an oil change and tire rotation being the high point of one's day.
One other thing... everything is too expensive. We all agree on that. If I were in your shoes and had enormous regard for me as a customer, I'd consider implementing a special, bespoke, SUPER-DUPER 90% discount for routine maintenance in my case, ... and in my case only. I wouldn't want Peruzzi to go out of business on my account.
