  One time I went here when I was younger and was interested in a GTR and was disrespected by the salesman asking if I hd the money to pay for the car or won the lottery. Like I can't have job tht pays well or make good investments.

  I have a car with 1k miles on it which broke down and I had to have it towed to Peruzzi where I purchased it. It was a Sunday so was towed there on Monday car there is no where to leave it on a Sunday so luckily it was at a friends house. Then they were booked with appointments and weren’t able to look at it u til Tuesday afternoon and “it fixed itself” is what I’m told. I am very busy at work at this time of year and requested a loaner for Monday and was told they couldn’t until the looked at it and they were too booked to do so. Not acceptable as far as I’m concerned. It’s a brand new expensive car and there should be someone there that could have at least looked at it or just make the call to give me a loaner until they could.

  Just bought a truck at this location. Great experience all the way around from the time we walked in to leaving with the truck. Bill H our salesman was extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and didn't put any pressure on us to make a decision. He didn't try to upsell or push a more expensive vehicle. He knew what we wanted and made the whole process easy. I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat. Good people, good service. They even took care of the rental we had.

  I’ve gone to this service center for a few years now even though I have a Nissan since the customer service is so horrible at Prruzzi Nissan. Last week I scheduled my inspection with Buick since they called me and I was due, I had to reschedule from Tuesday to Friday and when we did they told me I have a recall that needs to be done at Nissan but that would not hinder my inspection. Today they called me to tell me I had a recall, I said I know since they already told me and asked if anything changed with the being able to do my inspection he said no but he recommends me going to Nissan for everything. I expressed again that I will handle my recall but do not want to go Nissan otherwise and we just reiterated himself again. So I asked if he was refusing to inspect my car there and he said no I’m not refusing I’m recommending. To which I said yes for the 3rd time after I already expressed I don’t want to go to Nissan. But at this point it seems like the customer service from Nissan has trickled over to Buick. So even though BOTH of these dealerships are around the block from me I will now find an entirely different shop to go to for everything. Customer service, or lack thereof speaks volumes. It’s not hard to be nice.
