  100% recommend. I worked with Joe (store manager) to get my car maintenance plan approved and the oil change done. Great communication and he went out of his way to handle going through a 3rd party maintenance service plan. PepBoys however gave me the runaround and refused to do my service on the weekend. Will be coming back to Mr Tire!

  I placed my Ironman tire order on their website yesterday. Received confirmation email to call the store to make sure they're in stock. I called and spoke with a woman who connected me to the store. A gentleman answered saying he would pick up my tires from his other store for my next day appointment. I arrived today only to be told they don't have the tires and they're in Jersey. The man behind the counter blamed it on their call center even though I informed him I also spoke to a man at this store. He then tried to sell me tires that were $100 more. I left called the call center back to complain only for the woman from yesterday to connect me back to the store to speak to the same man behind the counter. Horrible customer service, lack of accountability, and just lazy. I don't recommend and won't be returning.

  Save yourself the heartache and trouble, go literally anywhere else. I went for an oil change and left with a 2k bill because they stripped my drain plug. I went back 3 times, new drain plug and more oil, just to go back a few days later. Incompetence is an understatement, I am still going to the BBB about this scam business. I brought another car here in a rush before a holiday and it immediately had a check engine light after leaving. I CANT YELL SCAM BUSINESS LOUD ENOUGH!!!!

  This place is a scam. I went here to get a yearly inspection and nothing else and left with a bill of over 2k for 4 spark plugs, an ignition coil, an oil change, and two rear shocks. I specifically told them that the car is perfectly fine and running great, and I just needed my inspection done. Firstly, the day Andre called me to tell me my car was ready, they didn’t even have my tags ready, which he didn’t tell me until I arrived. And in order for me to take my car I needed to pay AND then go back and leave my car there for hours the following Monday just so I could get stickers even though my car already passed all of the inspections. They charged me 65$ per spark plug PLUS 60$ worth of labor PER plug. When I popped the hood to double check what they did everything was just as dusty and covered in caked on dirt from years of build up as it was when I brought it in. Not having the stickers ready was a red flag and made me check under the hood myself and I knew I needed a mechanic versed in Ford to confirm what I already suspected. I took my car to the dealership to verify if anything was actually changed and showed them the invoice of what MR TIRE claimed to have done to my car only a few days prior. Ford verified, with their findings noted on my official invoice from them, that MR TIRE didn’t replace my ignition coil or my spark plugs. The spark plugs were all visibly corroded and stained, not only 3 days old on a car I drove once since getting my spark plugs changed. All of technicians and the manager at ford told me I was ripped off and that nothing was changed under my hood. Ford let me take pictures of everything they found and when I went back to Mr tire Andre just gave me the run around even though I had clear proof. I was never refunded the full amount of the money they stole from me and even with my evidence their corporate played phone tag with me for two months. DO NOT GO HERE. Don’t waste your hard earned money or your time. You can tell by all of the other one star reviews that they FREQUENTLY lie about work they’ve done and grossly over charge/rip people off. The fact that their corporate doesn’t step in about these issues, or rectify the situation, and the consistent complaints of people being charged for work that was never completed (also can be found in multiple one star comments) is why I’ll never go here again and make sure my friends and family also never go to this place to get ripped off like I did.

  Seriously sketchy and will screw up your car and say it’s normal wear and tear…. JOE, is the shop manager mentioned below. My husband brought in his car for an oil change. The next day we noticed it was leaking oil so we brought it back and the shop manager, JOE, said it was a cracked plug. They must have cracked it during the install. Long story short, this happened twice in a row and the shop manager, JOE, had the nerve to say he gave us 2 free oil changes. My husband also over heard him trash talking to his employees about us trying to get free oil changes which makes absolutely no sense. If you screw up and need to fix it, it’s not free work. On top of this situation, the car needs a new oil pan. Another discovery only after bringing in for an oil change, which is fully covered by our insurance warranty. The shop manager, JOE, proceeded to quote 2k to fix this and stated it was not covered by the warranty. We called the warranty company directly and found out that the shop manager LIED to them saying the car has 90k miles on it when it only has around 50k. Either it’s simply incompetence or it’s a scam but either way don’t bring your car here, even for an oil change! The technicians are not trained well and the shop manager, JOE, is not trustworthy. We are reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau.
