Shawn greeted me right away, took my information, and clearly explained the process. Christian, Stephon, and Jason got straight to work on my car. While I waited, I enjoyed a hot, fresh cup of coffee. They didn’t have sugar, but Splenda worked just fine for me. I also had great conversation with Tasha, the General Manager, which made the wait very pleasant. Shawn later went over the recommendations, explained each service, and reviewed the pricing clearly and honestly. More great conversation with Ms. Tasha, and before I knew it, my car was ready. I left feeling confident that I wasn’t taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary services. I will definitely be returning to this location and highly recommend them.
