  Nunca me dijeron antes de llegar q el auto q reserve un día anterior no lo tenían disponible. Al llegar al lugar me ofrecieron otro que al final una reservación de 127 dólares se convertiría en 220 + depósito de 600 con tarjeta de crédito nada de débito. Muy pésimo servicio en este lugar .

  Excellent experience at the Enterprise location on 208 Lincoln Hwy in Fairless Hills. From pickup to return, everything was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, in great condition, and exactly as expected. The check-in and return process were quick and straightforward, with no pressure or surprises. You can tell this location is well run. I especially want to call out the female staff member working there, she was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, she made the entire experience easy and pleasant. It felt like she genuinely cared about getting everything right and making sure I was taken care of, which isn’t always a given with car rentals. If you’re looking for a reliable, no-hassle rental experience, this Fairless Hills Enterprise location is a great choice. I would absolutely rent from here again and recommend it to anyone in the area.

  They gave me a car that smelled of cigarettes so bad, I had to keep the windows down. I just needed to get to work within 15 min or I would have returned it asap. Other than that, it was a good car.

  First and foremost, I want to say that I absolutely love Enterprise. They are probably the best rental company out there, and I’ve had great experiences overall. However, avoid this location at all costs if you value your time and peace of mind. I’m a Gold tier member who has rented with Enterprise plenty of times. I booked a mini SUV at this location, which they confirmed was available. When I arrived, I was told they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. Instead, they tried to upsell me to a different car—at more than double the cost of my original booking. I asked the front desk if my Gold tier status guaranteed bookings, and the response was a shrug and a blunt “no.” To make matters worse, they suggested I go to another location—while I was standing there with my 5-year-old son and no transportation. Eventually, they offered to drive me to the East Lincoln Highway branch. I agreed, assuming the price would remain the same and the transaction would be seamless. Wrong! They canceled my original reservation, meaning I had to start over at a new price. Thankfully, the staff at the second location were incredibly kind and gave me a fair deal. But the stress and inconvenience at the first location were unacceptable. For your own peace of mind, steer clear of this branch.
