  I felt taken advantage of... And I'm a little bothered by the fact that I have been here a few times, was recognized for it, and yet was still blindsided when I received my final bill. My insurance policy was to cover $40 per day and I was supplied with a reservation number for a car that suited that price. Upon checking in, the reservation number I tried to provide was ignored and a different car was picked for me, yet I just assumed it didn't matter because they have helped me before. It was never reviewed with me that the vehicle THEY picked for me was at a rate of $45 per day. Yes, it did show on the fine print, in hindsight, with very confusing representation, but it was never verbally told to me. I missed the rate while trying to juggle my child and sign contracts on a small device. I am so upset that it was more than the cost my insurance was going to pay and was not reviewed with my before signed. Every other detail was discussed but not the fact that I would have an out of pocket expense that wasn't just the tax total. My car repair took extremely longer then expected, and I was shocked to receive a bill of $255 for the extra $5 per day for $25 days plus two different taxes, and a $20 reservation fee (not sure what that even means) Unfortunately because of this intentional oversight on them, I felt targeted as an easy victim of overcharging for showing up as a woman with a child with me. I will not be returning to this location or any other enterprise rental center and would recommend you do your research before ever booking with them and maybe consider other options if you are a woman/mom.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience with Enterprise. After an accident where another driver hit me, my insurance through The General covered a rental while my car was in the shop. Once I returned the vehicle, Enterprise began contacting me daily, claiming I owed them money that should have been paid by the insurance company. Every time I spoke with Enterprise, they insisted they were trying to reach The General. However, when I contacted The General, they said no one from Enterprise had reached out. I kept getting completely different stories from both sides, which was incredibly stressful and time-consuming. After nearly a month of being harassed for payment and even attempts to charge my account, I finally arranged a three-way call between Enterprise and The General. During that call, it became clear that Enterprise had not been truthful about their efforts to resolve the issue. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a car rental company. I will not be using Enterprise again

  Went through here for my rental while my car was in the shop for a few days. Customer service was great. Would recommend to anyone in the area

  Shawn was an absolute best employee who helped me through my whole trip and any issues with anything I had. I wish more employees were like him. And upon my reservation Anthony was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I will definitely be returning as a valued customer. I love the professionalism and excellent communication and customer service at the eynon pa location.
