The amount of time and effort he put into arguing with me, he could have just done it! Probably in less time!! There were no other customers in the store and it’s no skin off his back to help me even if he THINKS it won’t do any good. I was just looking to see if there were any codes in recent history. He also insulted my mechanic and said he’s not a good one instead of trying to help me. I’m almost 2 hours away from my mechanic and we were just trying to figure out what might be causing a potentially dangerous behavior from my car. Not good customer service at all. Very disappointed.
