  I sent my teenage son here to have them adjust his headlight assembly, that we had just installed. 10min later my son came home with a piece of metal in his hands and said “the guy said he didn’t feel like doing anything today and to come back tomorrow.” I went out to look at his car to see where the metal came from and the entire headlight assembly is loose. We drove back down there to question why he removed the piece of metal and sent him home without fixing the issue. The older man was obviously not happy to see us as we were immediately greeted with attitude and push back. He said “what day is it? It’s Sunday!” To which I replied, “I apologize. I googled and your hours say you’re open till 5 today or I would have never sent him here.” When I asked why he removed a piece of the headlight and handed it to him and sent him home, he said “you have to take the whole thing apart to put it back on!” And when my oldest son tried explaining to him that he didn’t he got loud and said “then you put it back together!” He mentioned again that it was Sunday and he doesn’t work on cars and was just there to do some paperwork. That would have been 100% understandable if he would have NOT touched my sons car! Instead now the headlights are loose, bulbs are still not pointing in the right direction, and I have a piece of metal sitting in the cup holder that I have to wait till my older son has time to fix or I can get it to an actual reliable repair shop. I will never return to this shop nor would I ever recommend it based off only trying to get headlights adjusted.

  AAA contracted this guy to tow my car from one garage to another. I waited two hours at the garage for him to show up. He never contacted me to let me know he was coming, that he arrived, nothing. I go next door to the gas station (since I had been there waiting for two hours) and I come back and notice the car is gone. (it was around the corner and I was parked out front). I had to call AAA to find out why they towed the car without contacting me at all. He told AAA "I was told she wasn't there." BY WHO??? WHO DID HE TALK TO??? So of course I went to the second garage to make sure the car actually got there... Only to find out he illegally entered the car without authorization to get a key because he refused to call me to get the spare. I've filed a complaint with AAA, who agree this violates their contract with him, and I'm waiting for this guy to answer his phone and actually speak to me.
