Also told me he’d do it this time but not next time? Who hires disrespectful punks to welcome customers and act like they are mechanics? This was my second time at this place and only went back because they were close by and both times the employee was ignorant.

The woman behind the counter told me she would rent me the machine to do it but would not provide the service. Now I have got to Advanced Auto for almost 16 years and never once was I told that this is how things are done. Even the commercial on TV said they provide this service . So I drove to another store and they told me I should have never been told that and that they do provide that service and I should have never been told that. So I called back to the Etters store and asked for the manager...here she is the manager and she said that's how they do it in the Etters store. I find that she is just lazy and doesnt follow company policy. I will be calling the General Manager also. I have never felt like someone in retail didnt wanna help their customer so much. It's very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for years.
