  I called about a rear wheel lug stud and they told me they had it in stock so I get there the next day and they said they didn't have it. I will not tolerate being misinformed and will be taking my business elsewhere. And there is no chance that they did have it and another customer bought it before me because NOBODY ELSE drives the kind of car I drive, in fact darn few people drive older cars period.

  I really appreciated the one associate installing my tail light for me. I'm a older disabled woman. I bought a rear brake lightbulb and a clerk at the store installed it for me in the parking lot. I think Autozone should do more small repairs for their customers. The clerks were polite too.

  I visited this Autozone since it is close to our home. All I can say is the gentlemen that work there go above and beyond helping their customers. They are so helpful and so nice compared to other stores that I have previously visited. I wish I would have gotten the name of the gentleman that was able to help me pick out and install the battery for my wrangler today. Either way, thank you for taking the time to do it even if it was 30° outside!
