  I had an excellent experience with this auto body shop! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The quality of the repair on my car was outstanding, and it looks better than ever. The owner went above and beyond—he didn’t just fix what was needed, he took extra care to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about their customers and takes pride in their work, but that’s exactly what I found here. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs auto body work done—you won’t be disappointed!

  I own an insurance agency and we work closely with body shops in our area. Smith Collision is at the top of the list for quality and reliability. Our clients have nothing but good things to say about the work and referring people to Smith never comes back on us. Personally, I've known the owners for 24 years now as we used to live next to one another. Top notch people running a top notch body shop. Recommend without hesitation!

  Hands down the best experience I’ve had at a car shop! As a woman, it has been my experience in the past of consistently being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge on cars and car parts, only to discover later that I was both way overcharged and had things “replaced/repaired” that did not require attention. Smith Collision gave me the opposite impression and experience from the moment I stepped inside. Not only are they the nicest and genuinely caring people, but they saw me right away and fixed the problem right on the spot while intentionally saving me a lot of money! He was thorough and kind in explaining exactly what he was doing and how he fixed the problem. The overall experience has gained my business for any vehicle related needs I may have in the future. 10/10 recommend!

  Couldn't be better. I have raised three kids and as a family, we have gone through all the mishaps and driving problems, accidents, etc. for several years now. We have probably used Gary over ten times in the past 20 years for a variety of issues - some cosmetic and minor and others pretty serious. He has been great to work with, is extremely meticulous, and takes pride in doing a real professional, craftsman job. If you want a quick, cheaply done turn-around, look elsewhere. If you want it done right and your car returned to its original condition, Gary is the best option in Erie.
