The majority of the cost was covered by our auto insurance thankfully. We only had to pay for our deductible. We were able to schedule within a reasonable amount of time and I did need to reschedule once. Both processes were very easy. Our RAV4 was completed sooner than expected. Communication was excellent throughout the process. We were given additional instructions for its care in the days following and have had no problems. Wouldn't hesitate dealing with them in the future.
