  Got an appointment the next day! They were very friendly and helpful, got us in and out within 30 minutes. The windshield is now good as new

  I unfortunately needed their services twice within a year and both times I was very pleased. Once when they came to me, and the 2nd time when I had to come in the shop, they were very professional and efficient. I appreciate your great work but hopefully I don’t have to see you guys ever again!!! lol

  So I started this process online for them to come to my residence and put in my windshield . It was snowing , blowing and super cold out that day . So when they called me the morning of my appointment, they said they needed a heated garage , Which was kind of an inconvenience but totally understandable . I ended up getting a garage we could use but that wasn’t until 4:30 And with my original appointment at 1 pm I thought for sure we’d have to reschedule for another day But the technician was more than willing to come out that day , Which was awesome ! The technician had great communication both before his arrival and after he had the jobhad been completed . Not to mention just for me to purchase my windshield online alone it was going to run me $243 but with Safelites promotion I got the windshield glass installed plus upgraded to their premium service for $249 which was super amazing and more than I could ask for , If I could select six stars out of five , I would definitely would . I highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing glass replacement without a doubt !!
