On top of that that didn’t even notify me that the repairs were allegedly done. The rental company had to contact me and let me know and that costed me an additional 300 bucks for a late fee. It’s kids at fast food restaurants with better customer service then these idiots

I WAS WRONG. I SPENT MY MORNING ON THE PHONE BEING YELLED AT BY AN ANGRY GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF GENE.. He said he was the manager. First, GENE told me I was lying about what one of his employees told me was done (repairs) to my vehicle.. Then he told me my vehicle "had been sitting for a very long time [at my home]".. Both things are false. Thank goodness I record everything! Bottom line is, the exact issue I took my vehicle in for, $500 later, is the same issue I'm STILL having today (& some new ones). Incorrect diagnoses happen, mistakes happen and that is ABSOLUTELY OKAY, but being unprofessional, disrespectful, immature and yelling at/over a PAYING customer is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Our phone conversation ended with GENE telling me that, "Just to look at [my] vehicle [again], will be a $160.00 an hour..." and that I should "take [my] car to a smaller repair shop to be looked at."..So basically refusing to look at my car and see if he made a mistake or [if the problem had not been repaired properly] correct their mistake..NOPE! ROTH CADILLAC just took the money and ran. If you go here JUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE 100% CORRECT, 100% OF THE TIME, ON 100% OF THE VEHICLES THEY WORK ON, AND YOU BETTER NOT QUESTION THAT! However, if you have quality insurance (AS I DO), LET MINE AND MANY OTHER ONE 🌟 REVIEWS BE A CAUTIONARY TALE FOR YOU AND Do not waste it on this ROTH CADILLAC.
