She did this because my knees both are bone on bone and taking the stairs up to the showroom waiting area wasn't an option for me. I'm sure this isn't something in her job description, but she did it cheerfully!

Way back in July I spoke with Darren (Darrel?) in service about a service bulletin and warranty issue pertaining to my 2022 GMC Sierra 1500. I followed up week after week trying to get a set appointment. Eventually, he referred me to Mike at the body shop. I took my truck up to the body shop for Mike to take a look at it and he basically told me that the type of warranty job I needed wasn’t something that his shop looked forward to doing because it paid 13 hours but the job took about 40. That’s how all brands do it, it’s just the nature of the beast. I knew right then I was not going to get my service bulletin/warranty issue handled by these clowns but I continued to be patient. Darren told me the holdup was ordering the supplies and chemicals that they needed to do the job and assured me that it had been done. Mike however, had made it clear no chemicals have been ordered for this job by the time I was referred to the body shop. I followed up with Mike more than once. Mike assured me that I was still on his radar and that he needed good weather and some other excuses about the fan in their shop being broken at the moment. Months later and my issue hasn’t been resolved. I have heard from no one.
