- KKKyleAug 1, 20241.0They gave me the worst 16-foot moving truck they had and claimed it was the only one approved for one-way travel even though they had at least 4 other of the same truck in the lot. I had to bring it back to get fixed since the alignment was way off and the brakes were going bad. They pretended to work on it for half an hour, told me the brakes were fine and that there was nothing they could do about the alignment "since it always comes back that way." They knew I was going across the country and didn't care about my safety. They just wanted to get rid of the worst truck they had in their lot. I'm halfway through my trip and will have to get it serviced because the brakes are slowly failing. NEVER RENT FROM THIS PENSKE.
