- ARAnil RaaviFeb 9, 20261.0Not a good experience. Had my oil change done at location on 26th street, Erie ,PA. As part of oil change requested to Brake inspection and they said everything is great. Two weeks later went back for vehicle inspection to the same location and they failed me for front brake pads, they advised break pads were very bad and have to replace them. When I mentioned that two weeks prior they inspected and said they were fine, the Answer I got is they don’t know.

I had to wait till monday as they didn't have the tires in stock. The price that they charged was more than a hundred dollars over what I was quoted. When the kid brought the car out of the shop, both front tires that were replaced were completely flat.So he put air in them, and when I went home, the driver's side tire was completely flat. They did try to remedy this.But then the other tire they replaced was flat.And it's been over two weeks now. They said my valve stems are leaking, but that's not something that they do when they replace the tire, which makes no sense. It's two weeks later. I LOST MY JOB over this, and I am still waiting for them to come and fix it. I should not be having these issues. And I have two children who I can't transport or even get to the store.

One would think they would have repaired it by now. Unfortunately this business is at a stop light. Obviously if they cant respond to a simple light bulb would you trust them with your car.
