  S0 poor and unresponsive to property maintenance as their lighting outside has been acting as a strobe light for years. One would think they would have repaired it by now. Unfortunately this business is at a stop light. Obviously if they cant respond to a simple light bulb would you trust them with your car.

  I used to trust the work this shop did but with my last few visits I’ve been very disappointed and my time was wasted. This location could benefit from better management, as it has gone down hill in the last 5 months.

  Empty store. Needed a tire mounted. Told no appointments. Called made an appointment for half an hour from when I called Was told by store manager they coudnt mount one tire during my appointment. They were to busy. Mind you not a soul in the garage. Not one car in any of the mechanic bays. Both employee sitting at desk. No customers in parking lot. I was in the parking lot for fifteen minutes around 7 of which I was on hold while they again sat at the desk ignoring the calls. I have picture of empty bays and lot. Judy just makes up excuse after excuse. They couldn’t mount one tire because they were about to be flooded with their appointment customers and were working on computer things which is why they couldn’t honor my appointment. Monroe is a joke. Save yourself and go to Flynn’s

  As soon as I walked in there was attitude towards me without ever having picked their heads up off their hands or eyes off their computer. I had an appointment set for a leaky tire, I was not a walk in. I parked in a space that was not a parking spot and the guy told me to move it, which I happily and respectfully did. When asked if I was waiting or dropping off and I replied waiting, their attitudes got worse. Not sure what their issues were to give such terrible attitudes to a paying customer? When I asked how long the wait, they replied "yep" That doesn't answer my question or give any other information other than validation of their poor attitudes. I said I'd be calling around and they with more attitude said everyone else is pretty busy too. I would have waited however long it took for my appointment clearly, I had a sketch book in hand. However after further calls to other places around, from the sounds of it they are actually the least busy. No wonder!! I left not because of a wait time, but because I have never been treated so poorly at any garage. I will be dropping off at another garage. This is my first review ever for any business if that says anything about the experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
