    Service was completed well and price was good. However, I made an appt in the morning, planning to stay with my car as it should have only been a 30-45 minute appt. It ended up taking so long that I had to find a ride and my car wasn’t even taken back until 5 hours after my appt start time.

    As soon as I walked in there was attitude towards me without ever having picked their heads up off their hands or eyes off their computer. I had an appointment set for a leaky tire, I was not a walk in. I parked in a space that was not a parking spot and the guy told me to move it, which I happily and respectfully did. When asked if I was waiting or dropping off and I replied waiting, their attitudes got worse. Not sure what their issues were to give such terrible attitudes to a paying customer? When I asked how long the wait, they replied "yep" That doesn't answer my question or give any other information other than validation of their poor attitudes. I said I'd be calling around and they with more attitude said everyone else is pretty busy too. I would have waited however long it took for my appointment clearly, I had a sketch book in hand. However after further calls to other places around, from the sounds of it they are actually the least busy. No wonder!! I left not because of a wait time, but because I have never been treated so poorly at any garage. I will be dropping off at another garage. This is my first review ever for any business if that says anything about the experience. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

    I have been going to Monroe by Champion Ford for a few years now. Ever since the one manager left I felt a bad vibe. I still went there a few more times and the bad vibe got stronger. I sent my daughter there today as she had tire trouble and they were extremely rude to her! She will be writing her own review with details on her experience.

    They complain to me that I used their phone service to book an appointment. The representative said 5pm. I received a text saying my appointment was 1-7pm. I arrived at 4 and they said I missed my appointment. Fix your system and communication! I brought my car in to fix a stalling issue. After charging me over $500, the issue still persisted, even though they said they tested it.

    They told me they could fix a nail in my tire and not even 10 min of waiting the receptionist told me he couldn’t fix it due to my tread in my tire being low. I will admit it is a little low but not bad. I was very upset because it was later in the day and they also told me after the disappointing news a price for 4 tires that was way too expensive (which I didn’t ask for). The next day I went to another place (not a Monro location). They got the nail out right out and said it didn’t even puncture my tire. Not a good first experience at Monro. Only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the receptionist was VERY nice to me and didn’t charge me.
