Your prices are insane I got a quote for a flex pipe on my exhaust and the markup on the parts is robbery. The part was $134 at Oreilys and they marked it up to $384!!!! How can you markup something over double what it cost to buy??? I know you guys have to make money but that is just ridiculous. And the markup on a $20 clamp was $114. You do realize a normal non corporate garage charges half what you guys charge to fix things. I beg everyone to stop going to these places they are taking advantage of you... Go to Independent Muffler for exhaust needs and everything else go to a mom and pop garage they will give you a reasonable price and treat you nice.

Got in for my appointment and was told that they could not put two tires on my cars front axle. The drive axle is the only one that needs the studded tires. Car is a front wheel drive like all cars nowadays except any awd vehicles. Trying to force me to buy tires from them. Asked to speak w the service manager and was told that he wasn't in. Of course not.

I was quoted at 49.99, and told that my appointment was at 1:30 pm, and that is take around 40 minutes so i just decided to wait there. I showed up at 1:20 pm, and they didn't even end up moving my car into their garage until 2:50 pm. Didn't leave until 4 pm. I was also charged 67 dollars. I asked why i was quoted 49.99, and got a very short, vague answer with "service fees". Horribly run business. Will NEVER go there again for anything. Bunch of clueless individuals work there.
