- THTrissa HooverNov 5, 20254.0Didn't take long at all. I do have a couple gripes though. The technician gave me an estimate between $70-80. It was $90. I have a 2022 SUV with very low mileage. 5 qt of oil is nowhere close to $90, unless they're out there using premium synthetic. And nor did they ask if I had a preference. But, I suppose I could have asked. If they did use cheaper oil, then maybe I should consider changing professions. Cause they are making a killer wage. I did appreciate the free tire rotation, but the technician told me nothing about the condition of my tires, and I was too shocked by the $90 to ask. Otherwise, the service was good.

John is very professional, not a hard sell type of person, I was so impressed with the shop, the staff, and the price. I will definitely be back. Shout out to Sally Roger's who recommended monroe. 11/17 Monroe switched my tires to winter treads and did an oil change on my car. I am very pleased with the staff. Everything was done promptly and again i am very pleased with Monro. I would recommend monro to my friend's and family. Thank you for a job well done
