  The representative who dropped off the truck was professional, thorough and courteous. The vehicle itself was in fantastic condition. I wasn’t even expecting to receive a truck as the rental while my truck was in the shop. But he said they had one available and thought I might appreciate having one while my truck was being worked on. They went above and beyond all around. Thanks so much and kudos to you!

  Needed to drive from Pennsylvania to Ohio to pickup building supplies, saved over $600 in shipping costs. This was a newer truck and a very comfortable drive.

  I'm on February 7th I had called And rented the truck for another week on the 11th I called them and told them I'd be bringing the vehicle back in when did I need it in they told me by 12:30 I said it's going to be a little bit longer than that probably about another half hour to 45 minutes than that they told me fine they would fix it and adjust it for me well when they did the return I still got charged for for Wednesday and part of Thursday I do understand that the car has to be back by certain time but I called them in advance so I did feel like I did get ripped off a day
