They even called my insurance company for me so I wouldn’t get charged anything out of pocket. I liked that I could pick up my rental directly from the car repair shop as well as drop it off. I had an issue with a car that didn’t smell so great and they got me a new one the very next day. Definitely recommend!!

My favorite is Calling in middle of rental asking to return car so they can rent it out at higher rate. I switched our corporate account and will never use them again. Ever.
