    This store is usually very good and I have received good customer service here in the past. However, today I had a completely unacceptable experience with one of the employees. I do not know her name. I visited the store on December 27 at around 4:38 PM to buy a battery for my car key. I tried to find the battery myself but couldn’t, so I asked a female employee for help. When I told her I needed a battery for my car key, she responded in an angry and disrespectful tone and asked, “What’s the number?” I explained that I didn’t know the number but could provide my car information. Instead of helping, she continued to act irritated and rude for no reason. Later, I realized I had an AutoZone account and searched up the key battery myself. When I showed her the correct battery information, she became even more upset, spoke disrespectfully, and made fun of me in front of other customers, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. I stayed quiet and did not respond back. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing job. If management reviews the store video footage from that time, they will clearly see what happened. I am very disappointed with the customer service I received and do not appreciate being treated this way.
