the service department is terrible. they are not up front with you about pricing. after already charging me over $700 for a key they charged me $200 more even though the person i ordered the key from said i would not need to pay anything other than the initial $700. when i bought my q5 from them they sold it to me with one key and didn’t inform me it only had one key until after i signed the papers. they never contacted the old owners to return the second key and the salesman stopped responding to me when i kept asking him about the second key. the car also had broken control arms when i bought it but they didn’t bother to tell me that. when i called them for a quote to fix the control arms they wanted to charge me over $5,000. i found another mechanic in the area and paid less than $1,500 for them. if you have an audi and need service on it or if you want an audi don’t go here.

The service department is amazing. Chris and Ralph always make sure they explain what is going on with my car and make sure everything is handled. I never have to worry. I couldn’t ask for a better service department.

Roth has been absolutely terrible service. They’re the only ones in Erie as a dealer. If you need service go to Euro works/Adam in Fairview. They are great. Roth service is sub zero. They are not professional. They do not work with you at all and they don’t give a shit if you’re there or not. That’s the attitude they have like ,oh well. I would not go to them. Also, there is Renn Sport/Charlie. He is very good as well.

Vey old and dingy building for Audi. Was actually shocked. They were very nice, however, didn't listen well. I I told them I was an hour away and to would be waiting for my car and needed the 90,000 mile. I reiterrated when i got there hours. They were actually able to loan me a car to run some erands. I got back and they told me things that needed to be done and my oil change was finished. I was shocked. They didn't fo the 90,000, it took like 3 or 4 hours and they charge me like $200 for an oil change. Total Rip off. I would NEVER go back.
