My car was fixed on time, actually one day early, car was cleaned when they returned to me, and staff was knowledgeable.

I am not one to do reviews but we have had a great experience with Bonnell’s. A few years ago my husband Austin brought in his F150 after a deer hit. At the time of the initial drop off they had a different GM. A few weeks ago we realized our Insurance company was trying to claim our deer hit as something else, we called Bonnell’s to figure out if they had any evidence in their files to help us fight this. We first got the front desk and they were all wonderful and willing to help, they then patched us through to the new GM. She was wonderful and understood our frustration, she even offered to call the insurance company personally to try to help us get our claim changed. We will forever use Bonnell’s because of how great their workers are, it is nice to know they have a manager who is willing to help their customers even when it doesn’t effect them.

I will never do buisness here ever again and I hope others follow. Ive done buisness here before but this was the worst experience ever and I will never come back. Some time in December last year I had my wifes car that got T-Boned come here. It took 2 weeks for them to look at the car and leave a message ON MY PHONE, emphasis on my phone, saying the car wouldn't turn over. Mind you it was my wife's car, my wife that was in the accident, AND MY WIFE THAT DROPPED OFF THE CAR. Then it took another 2 weeks after with no other call that I finally heard the voice mail, I get a lot of spam calls so it got lost pretty easily, so I called and they didnt know anything about the car and then told me that it wouldnt turn over. I talked to the insurance company and told Bonnells to see how insurance wanted to proceed. A week later Bonnells GM calls me saying they need to know what to do since they cant move the car and if they need to try to return the parts they ordered. We call them back which at that point there GM was in a meeting and told me to call back later. Later hits so we finally got ahold of the GM telling her to return the parts since the car is going to get totaled which she then says if they cant return the parts we will be liable since its been so long! Are you serious?! You were in charge of our car and talking to the insurance company and took forever! So I personally go in to explain the situation to the GM and how they called me instead of my wife and how it took forever for them to even look at the car and how they never called me back with this serious matter. Which to the GM retorts with how it was my responsibility to check my voice mails and that the one call is all you get if they have issues since they are dealing with hundreds of cars. Honestly, unacceptable. Our car is our property. When we hand the keys over to you we are expecting that our situation will be handled with the upmost care regardless of how many cars you have to deal with. Thats not even the worst part, she blatantly said after I told her that my wife should have recieved the call since all this was under her name that I was accusing her employee's of mishandling our information and that it was IMPOSSIBLE that they messed up because they make sure they have the persons contact information when dropping off the keys, which by the way MY WIFE WAS NEVER IN THERE SYSTEM TO CONTACT TO BEGIN WITH from what the employee said, and then threatened to call the cops on me if I dont leave and to "not let the door hit my ass on the way out." Which then I told the employee "how are you going to call my wife if you don't even have her number?" I gave them the number and left. My wife goes in and talks to the GM which, after the GM comes in hot and heavy to my wife and says her piece without letting my wife say anything, my wife calmly explains the situation to the GM to deescalate the situation. In the end she compt the cost of the parts, apologized to me saying she wish they would have called at least 1 more time after that, and let us take the car off there hands. Overall just a very unprofessional GM. I have no idea how she managed to get that position with that much responsibility. I understand that everything is a lot for you to handle but to cuss at me and throw nasty remarks my way when Im just an upset customer who had this whole situation get mishandled under Bonnells care and then to throw the blame at me is pretty low. Never coming back. - Response to Bonells message Let's me make 1 thing clear. THE GM TOLD ME "Dont let the door hit your ass on the way out." By the way they never told us they would comp the restocking fees until after the argument. And I was very calm during the argument only asking the GM multiple times why they decided to call me and how wrong they mishandled our situation which she then said to call the cops on me and told that very rude remark. The fact that Bonnells owner is trying to kosher how rude the GM was to me and make false claims really speaks volumes over how to not trust them.
