  We’ve now purchased our third Audi from Jim and the wonderful team at Roth Audi Erie, and each experience has been just as positive as the last. Even though we drive from Rochester, NY, it’s absolutely worth the trip every time From the moment we arrive, we’re greeted with genuine warmth that makes us feel like part of the family. We truly value their honesty and the care they take in helping us choose the right vehicle, along with the ideal level of warranty coverage. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported and comfortable—just like a trusted friend would. Frank’s knowledge and willingness to chat made the experience even more enjoyable. We only wish they were closer, but distance hasn’t stopped us from recommending them to our friends and family.

  I will not go back again! They did not communicate with the insurance company for a claim. I had to pay the dealership out of pocket and only reimbursed for half. I had appt for 8am and they didnt start looking at my vehicle until end of day. Thank goodness I didnt half to work the next day!!!

  the service department is terrible. they are not up front with you about pricing. after already charging me over $700 for a key they charged me $200 more even though the person i ordered the key from said i would not need to pay anything other than the initial $700. when i bought my q5 from them they sold it to me with one key and didn’t inform me it only had one key until after i signed the papers. they never contacted the old owners to return the second key and the salesman stopped responding to me when i kept asking him about the second key. the car also had broken control arms when i bought it but they didn’t bother to tell me that. when i called them for a quote to fix the control arms they wanted to charge me over $5,000. i found another mechanic in the area and paid less than $1,500 for them. if you have an audi and need service on it or if you want an audi don’t go here.

  What an incredible experience, buying a vehicle with such ease in a comfortable environment unlike other car dealers where you feel like you’re dumped into a shark tank. Jim Paulson, the General manager at Audi Erie/Roth Cadillac was so comfortable to talk with and is extremely knowledgeable being in the car game over 30 years. It was very pleasurable and will without a doubt I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Also, Steve Cornell the internet sales manager was very thorough and likable. We comfortably went through the paper work and he went over the entire vehicle explaining all buttons , bells , and whistles!!!👍👍👍👍🔥🔥👍👍👍
