I reserved a car to be picked up on July 3rd for a vacation and unfortunately Chrysler had a massive recall and the car was no longer available . Understandable , however the person working the desk decided to lie and say since I was 2 hrs late to pick up my rental they gave it away. After pressing them they admitted they did not tell the truth and they did not have any cars. The workers are very dishonest and have zero integrity . Why does this matter besides not getting my rental ? I have zero doubt they would blame damage on a renter that was not true . A rental company is not a doctors office nor a time sensitive retail company. However they claim since I was two hours late they gave away my rental instead of being honest. Customer facing employees make or break a company. This location hires dishonest employees and can not be trusted.
