People were nice...however, they didn't check the filter,fill up the windshield fluid,didn't check the wipers,didn't check the turn signals,didn't put air in tires. I had to ask them to do that. All this was done on previous visits. The price was the same....with less service. I won't be going back.

I called valvoline and they refused to give me a refund unless I either bring my car BACK to them or they come to my job and look at my car to “make sure it was them”. I find that absurd. After I hung up on them, they harassed me by calling me back to back multiple times. All I wanted was a refund.
