Before I could ask any questions the employee was gone. No expectation set on time whatsoever. As vehicles flowed through the other bays we continued to wait in the line. Through the clear garage door you could see nobody was working on the vehicle in our bay. I finally went in. And asked how long it takes to inspect a vehicle. The employee told me an hour. If that truly is the case, please let your customers know their wait time will be three hours up front. It is really helpful when an expectation is set right away so yours customers have a choice to wait or come back another time. Or in my case, I will most likely not be back because of this experience.

My tech explained everything that she was going to do and let me know out loud when she was doing each step. I really appreciated that process. She did the inspection and advised me and showed me that my air filter was rather dirty and should be replaced which I did. Overall, she was terrific, and I was very happy with my first experience with your facility. I will be using it in the future.
