They may have few instructions, if there something that they don't want to go through the wash, but then explain what you need to do! At least value there customers then most places I been too.

Absolutely terrible for the price. Will be looking for something else in the area. My biggest problem I shouldn't have to get out each time to dry a suv cause the dryers are absolutely horrible and you will get wet spots if you don't dry it.....

You push us through so fast & close that (1) it don't get clean (2) soap streaks stay on mirrors and vehicle (see photos) and (3) your dryers and rotating clothes do NOTHING, I fact don't even touch the and it's left soaked leaving the wash. We need to pull over, get out and spend a lot of time drying it off. Spending almost $40 a month I shouldn't have to do this. It don't even look good anymore.

Their reply was, you need to let the manager know!! I'm telling you so you can let the manager know!!! Please increase the water on the rinse cycle. I'm paying good money for this service.
