I simply was on their car wash plan and their machine ripped off my spare tire cover on my vehicle and it came with vehicle and put a 4 inch Crack in it and not to mention the nicks in the paint from getting ripped off and ran over by any vehicle after me. When I noticed it was gone I notified them immediately and it was found in their wash. Now they're refusing to pay for it!! I'm never going through their washes ever again and I will make sure it gets spread through local and all over social media so that other paying patrons such as yourself know that they won't even pay for the proof on their own cameras not to mention the cameras I have in my car. It's a shame I have to go through civil court for something as simple as this. A few hundred bucks to fix it is nothing to them while it's food and shelter out of mine. I regret ever coming here!!!! It also doesn't do a thorough job at cleaning and drying even with their most expensive wash.
