They have a nice area set up for cleaning the inside too. About 20 spots available to park your vehicle. Each spot has a trash can and a vacuum with 2 hoses available that can be used at the same time. I was impressed by how great the suction of the vacuum was. My favorite part of Tommy's is the floor mat wahing machine. It is quick and easy to slide them through and they come out dry enough to put right back in the car. The staff is friendly and the equipment is clean. They offer an unlimited monthly package with the first month being free! I highly recommend checking Tommy's out.

I never see or hear the underbody cleaner and when I leave Tommys the car is still soapy and dripping wet and drys streaky and their is never any towels. Also the mat cleaner isn't strong enough sometimes I have to put the mat in several times to get them clean then they are soaking wet and can't wipe them dry because the towels are empty. Three last few times the mat cleaner was blocked off so I could get the salt off of them. They vacuums are weak dont pick anything up. If I drive out of my way 20 min north I can get the one on penn Ave and that Tommys vacuums work and they have towels at almost all the stations.

I just now went and it left a huge scratch on the hood of my car that I’m now stuck with. Will never be using this car wash again because it causes damage.
