I was stuck in there lobby/ephrata for a total of 12 hours. I’m upset about how much I was charged and how delayed they were in the entire process.

I ask to have a tire checked out for a slow leak and all they did put air in the tire and said nothing was wrong . Later that day I was out to get groceries and the tire went flat and had to the tire fixed at another tire shop.

I called this location because they were right across the street and they were able to help we right away. As a woman going to get your car serviced can be intimidating but these gentlemen were very kind, helpful, and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They also noticed that my inspection was about to expire and said they could take care of it while I was here and it wouldn’t take much time. Over all wonderful experience, the price was very reasonable, and I appreciate them being proactive. 10 out of 10.
