I called to get a tire for my car explaining to you that my tire was flat you told me you could make me an appointment for sunday to fix the tire. I then decided to get all of them fixed i get a tow to take my car to your garage that you say you're not a garage just for you to tell me that I cannot get my car service because it was brought there. By a tow truck my question to you is , did you expect us to flintstone our butts down to your company ???? We have a flat tire how else would I have gotten it to you ?? And to tell us that you were not a garage? Correct me if I am wrong.But wasn't it not a garage that you work in?? And then for the female in charge to get nasty.I have no time for it and I think we deserve an apology.Your tire company sucks and we deserve our money back for wasting our time for your poor service you people are ridiculous seriously.

After they told me that my truck was finished I asked what they discovered with the sensors. They said they forgot to check them. They proceeded to check them in the parking lot and discovered that three of the four needed to be replaced. I asked them if they could replace them. They told me that they did not have them there and that the machine that they use to program the new sensors was not at their location at that present time. I was very disappointed to hear that because that was one of the reasons I chose Mr tire to do the work. I ended up leaving without having the sensors replaced and the light on the dash was still flashing.
